In its continued commitment to thoughtful luxury, the Hotel’s 2025 mooncakes are nestled in a biodegradable two-tiered bamboo box made from sustainable bamboo to combine refined aesthetics with environmental mindfulness. Housed within are specially designed mooncake boxes, each adorned with delicate bird motifs — a whimsical tribute to the graceful avian accents woven throughout Jiang-Nan Chun’s elegant décor. The entire set is encased in a cream-toned embroidered tote bag, with intricate stitch detailing of traditional Chinese florals that add a touch of artistry and grace to every gift. Both charming and versatile, the carrier serves as the perfect keepsake or as a meaningful gift for loved ones and business clients.

Mooncake Collection

This year’s ensemble of mooncakes features beloved classics alongside creative new flavours. Guests can look forward to popular baked favourites such as the Silver Lotus Paste with Double Yolk, offering smooth lotus paste paired with luscious, salted egg yolk. New baked mooncake introductions include the Tropical Lychee Longan with White Lotus and Oolong Tea, a fragrant blend that balances floral sweetness with subtle tea notes; Charcoal Black Sesame with Mochi, offering a textural contrast with its chewy centre; and Silver Lotus Paste with Walnuts and Figs, a harmonious combination of creamy lotus paste, crunchy walnuts, and sweet figs. For those who prefer variety, a Four Seasons Medley will be the perfect choice, offering a taste of each flavour in the collection.

Snow skin mooncake enthusiasts will be delighted by a luxurious selection featuring the Hotel’s signature Mao Shan Wang Durian, known for its creamy texture and rich aroma. The new Black Truffle Lotus Bird’s Nest presents an elegant blend of earthy truffle and silky bird’s nest, while the Kunafa Pistachio Chocolate makes its debut with a combination of velvety chocolate and crunchy pistachios. For something tarty and refreshing, the Yuzu Custard offers a bright citrus twist on the palate. The Jiang-Nan Chun Medley features two pieces of each snow skin flavour, perfect for sharing or sampling.

Elevate the season and pair the exquisite mooncakes with organic sparkling teas by Copenhagen, a Danish label developed by award-winning sommelier, Jacob Kocemba and business partner Bo Sten Hensen. Enjoy the dry and delicate taste of non-alcoholic LYSERØD made with white Silver Needle tea for a nice and soft mouthfeel, crisp notes of Jasmine and Chamomile or BLÅ, a blend of 13 different organic teas.
