Nobu Singapore will present Nobu In Town, a three-day dining experience running from March 12 to 14, 2026, at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, showcasing the vibrant culinary vision of Japanese celebrity chef and restaurateur Nobu Matsuhisa through nightly omakase dinners and a Saturday brunch.
Celebrating innovation, craftsmanship, and Nobu Matsuhisa’s iconic Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, Nobu In Town heralds the Chef’s return to Singapore, inviting guests to meet him in person and experience limited-time menus featuring beloved signatures and special creations crafted for the occasion. Over the three days, diners can expect an elevated gastronomic experience that reflects Nobu’s commitment to precision, seasonality, and bold yet balanced flavours, set against the refined backdrop of Nobu Singapore.

Mark this limited-time event with an unforgettable moment to meet Chef Nobu Matsuhisa in person and receive a menu signed by the culinary icon himself. This rare omakase experience showcases a specially curated selection of dishes crafted with premium seasonal ingredients and Nobu’s signature techniques.
Beginning with an Amuse-bouche of Chu-Toro, Uni, and Caviar with wasabi soy, followed by a refreshing Lobster and Crispy Vegetable Salad with chrysanthemum dressing to open the palate.
The journey continues with Santenmori, featuring Buri Jalapeño, Sakura Dai Tiradito, and Awabi Karashi Su-Miso, alongside a premium sushi selection including O-Toro, Mebaru, and Sawara, just to name a few. Standout courses such as Scallop with shiso raspberry salsa, Dover Sole with miso champagne sauce, and Japanese A5 Wagyu with black garlic ponzu that lead into a refined finale of Tofu and Chocolate with passion fruit mezcal sorbet for a deliciously sweet end to the evening.

Offering an abundant showcase of Nobu-style Japanese-Peruvian classics, this immersive buffet brunch invites guests to watch chefs in action as they prepare an array of signature Nobu sushi rolls, sashimi, cold dishes, and salads.
The Nobu In Town Brunch is further elevated by a special appearance from Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and features highlights such as a Live Tuna Station with freshly made tuna and caviar hand rolls, a comforting Sukiyaki Station, and a premium selection of sushi and sashimi.
