Merry, Bright & Delicious Reasons to Celebrate at Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis

This holiday season, Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis invites guests to create their own storybook memories by celebrating with festive cuisine, jolly cocktails and enchanting experiences.  From charming décor in the immersive Holiday Lodge pop-up lounge to handcrafted seasonal selections from the skilful culinary team, a host of magical touches will delight throughout the Hotel. Gather with family and friends to celebrate the holiday season in signature Four Seasons style just steps away from the iconic Gateway Arch.

Holiday Week Dinner – At Ramsay’s Kitchen, the celebration continues the entire holiday week, including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, by offering a lavish Beef Wellington For Two as a special feature on the menu. Designed to be shared and savoured, this sumptuous entrée is served with Truffle Potato Puree and Bone Marrow Bordelaise Sauce. Exclusively offered at dinner service starting at 5:00 pm, from Friday, December 20 until Saturday, December 28, 2024. Christmas Day Festivities – In addition to serving the full Ramsay’s Kitchen dinner menu all day, the restaurant will offer a few brunch favourites from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. These include the decadent Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Benedict and Lemon Ricotta French Toast, as well as the hearty Parker Roll Egg Strata. The Wellington For Two will be offered starting at 5:00 pm. Young guests can also tuck into the festively decorated Holiday Lodge where Santa will be posing for photos while holiday movies play on two large screens and themed activities will keep children entertained. New Year’s Eve Dinner – New Year’s Eve in Ramsay’s Kitchen will be a lavish celebration with a stylish ambience paired with breath-taking views of the iconic Gateway Arch. On offer will be a luxurious three-course menu featuring options such as Smoked Bone Marrow Beef Tartare, Petite Beef Wellington, Dry Aged Duck Duo and Seared Scallops. For dessert, guests can choose from Sticky Toffee Pudding, Tart au Chocolate or a vegan Tropical Custard.  The per person cost is USD 200. An opulent caviar service for two, USD 150, will also be available to elevate the celebration to an extraordinary level. Dinner will be served from 5:00 pm and extended to 10:45 pm; reservations are required and can be made on OpenTable.

New Year’s Eve Fete - Starting at 9:00 pm and lasting until 1:00 am, one of the city’s top DJs will turn up the vibe for a 1920s Great Gatsby-themed cocktail party in the Hotel’s eighth floor Sky Lobby.  Special cocktails, fun photo ops, themed décor and a traditional New Year’s countdown will give revellers a memorable night ringing in 2025.  There is no cover charge and no reservations are required.

Holiday Lodge - New this season, guests can immerse themselves in the cozy Holiday Lodge, a festive lounge decked out to imbue the warm glow of a snowy mountain.  A forest of twinkling trees makes a picture-perfect backdrop while boughs of merry trimmings make things bright. Guests can tuck in and indulge in a festive menu featuring a selection of Insta-worthy holiday cocktails and deliciously shareable nibbles. Located on the Hotel’s eighth floor, Holiday Lodge is open daily until January 5, 2025 from 4:00 to 11:00 pm (1:00 am on New Year’s Eve). Santa Suite Experience – Continue the celebration with an overnight stay in the festively appointed Santa Suite, the perfect setting to dream of dancing sugarplums and visits from Old St. Nick. The Hotel’s elves have decked out one of the Hotel’s Riverfront Studio Suites, turning it into a magical holiday wonderland with cosy seasonal bedding, Christmas tree adorned with sparkling ornaments, twinkling lights and lots of holly jolly décor.
