Le Sirenuse Miami Restaurant and Champagne Bar Debuts at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club
One of the world’s best-loved names in food debuts at the oceanfront landmark
Two historic lifestyle icons have come together with the opening of Le Sirenuse Miami Restaurant and Champagne Bar at Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club. With its Mediterranean revival architecture overlooking the ocean, the original Surf Club, by society architect Russel Pancoast, has evoked the leisured sprezzatura of an Italian summer resort since 1930. It’s the same spirit that has long been embodied by Le Sirenuse, an Amalfi Coast hospitality landmark. Now, following a meticulous restoration, the clubhouse is host to Le Sirenuse Miami Restaurant and Champagne Bar, the Positano hotel’s first permanent foray beyond its Amalfi Coast base.
Le Sirenuse Miami brings to Surfside the genuine Southern Italian cuisine and light Positano touch that generations of guests have learned to associate with the Amalfi Coast. Under the watch of Chef Antonio Mermolia, Le Sirenuse Miami presents a menu that includes both classic dishes from the Positano resort’s Michelin-starred restaurant made with ingredients flown direct from Italy, as well as new dishes debuting at this location. Meanwhile, the Champagne Bar offers Miami’s largest selection of fine champagnes and signature cocktails that pay tribute to The Surf Club’s gilded past, along with a dedicated menu of light Mediterranean dishes.
Playing on shades of faded magnolia, beachcomber green and mahogany, talented young Parisian designer Joseph Dirand’s design for the new restaurant and bar respects the Mediterranean-revival framework of the clubhouse interiors, evoking a sense of the past with a feeling of the present and a hint of the future. Framed by Le Sirenuse, Positano verdant potted plants, the Champagne Bar, Restaurant and 12-seat private dining room spill out onto a cool, pergola-shaded terrace with sweeping Atlantic views.

About Le Sirenuse
Le Sirenuse opened in 1951, when the Sersale family decided to turn their Amalfi Coast summer house in the "vertical town" of Positano into a stylish small hotel. Today the 58-room resort is considered one of Italy’s leading seaside luxury hotels, though it still retains the intimate, cultured atmosphere of a private home.
