Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club Wins Big at the 2019 Miami Hospitality Design Awards

Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club was honoured with six awards at the 2019 Miami Hospitality Design Awards held on April 3, 2019. The Miami Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, Greater Miami & The Beaches Hotel Association (GMBHA), and Oberhausen Marketing & Public Relations hosted the awards, with presenting sponsor Hospitality Design magazine.

Celebrating its striking architecture by Kobi Karp and Richard Meier, along with stunning interiors by Joseph Dirand, the Hotel received the Merit Award of Excellence in the following categories:

• Overall Hotel
• Hotel Lobby/Reception
• Hotel Guest Room
• Hotel Guest Suite - Marybelle Penthouse Suite
• Hotel Restaurant
  
• Hotel Nightclub, Bar, Lounge  

More than 100 submissions were received across 22 categories, and winners were selected by a distinguished group of industry leaders including the Editor in Chief of Hospitality Design magazine, Stacy Shoemaker Rauen.

With more than 170 architecture, design, hotel and restaurant professionals in attendance, the awards honoured the hospitality venues, licensed architects and design teams whose creativity and extraordinary work have elevated Miami’s hospitality industry and guest experiences.
