The French Foie Gras Mousse Tart combines the sweetness of pear compote and the rich fragrance of coffee powder, like an elegant French waltz on the taste buds. The mushroom puree with Yunnan black truffle has a strong aroma spreading freely, and its rich flavour is like the warm winter sun, bringing a cozy feeling. The perfect blend of pumpkin, apple and Mascarpone Mousse has a milky flavour wrapped in fruity notes, as if stepping into a prosperous winter orchard. The dulcey chocolate and pecan nut tart is delicately decorated with maple syrup flavour, presenting guests with a taste full of festive atmosphere.
