Let’s Hear It For The Boys!

This year, treat Dad to a truly spectacular meal in the heart of Sydney at Mode Kitchen & Bar. The team has crafted a Semi-Buffet style Father’s Day Lunch (from AUD 120 per person), including an expansive Antipasti Buffet, paired with classic Mains the entire family will surely love. Think Pan Roasted Blue Eye Fillet, Grilled O’Connor Tenderloin and Acqurello Risotto, plus a selection of moreish desserts to share. With additional free-flow beverage packages available (AUD 50 per person for Standard and AUD 65 per person for Premium), fathers and families everywhere will be sure to enjoy the festivities. Available Sunday, September 1, 2024, from 12:30 to 3:00 pm.

Indulge in a luxurious escape for the entire family with the Hotel’s Family Fun Offer - take time to connect, and make lasting memories as a family with curated amenities and surprises for the whole family plus daily breakfast in Mode Kitchen & Bar and an in-room movie experience perfect for those cooler evenings in. Guests staying during Father’s Day Weekend with the Family Fun offer will also automatically go into the draw to win a Lavazza A Modo Mio SMEG Coffee Machine and two-month supply of Lavazza Coffee Pods as a special, energising treat on behalf of the team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney.

Aprés-Work Revival

Alongside Father’s Day, springtime in Sydney means days are lengthening, if ever-so-slightly, as daylight savings draws nearer, so what better way to celebrate than a delectable after-work tipple? The much beloved Aperitivo happy hour offering is back and better than ever at Grain Bar— sip on a refreshing Italian Spritz and enjoy an unlimited Italian antipasti buffet, Tuesday–Friday between 4:30 and 6:30 pm, only AUD 40 per person. For speedier offering, Martini Mondays have landed at On The Go Café, Four Seasons lobby-based Lavazza Coffee outlet. Enjoy house-made classic Espresso Martinis or, a unique and unexpectedly delicious Popcorn Infused Espresso Martini for a sweet and savoury blend, available 4:00–5:30 pm, Monday evenings at On The Go Café.

New Culinary Talent

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney also announces appointment of two new culinary talents to the Hotel in September. Returning to assume the role of Executive Chef after the departing Francesco Mannelli (who has recently been named Executive Chef of the soon-to-be-opened Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor) is Gaurav Bide, formerly of the Merivale Group, and Sofitel and Fairmont hotel groups, who also served as Executive Banquets Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney between 2015 and 2019. Additionally, commencing the role of Executive Pastry Chef is Nicolas Blanc, a master Pâtissier formerly of the Chevel Blanc Hotel Paris and Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris. These pivotal appointments usher in a new era of culinary creativity at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney. Join Chef Gaurav and Chef Nicolas’ teams at Mode Kitchen & Bar from September onward.
