Bringing his passion for Latin American cuisine to Tunis, Chef Manuel Martín del Campo Bräuner, Head Chef of Helios, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens, takes the helm for this exclusive gastronomic event. With roots in Guatemala and Mexico, Chef Manuel’s culinary philosophy is a tribute to tradition, memory, and innovation. His journey has led him across the world, shaping his expertise in bold, authentic flavours while refining his craft in some of the most prestigious kitchens. Now, he brings his signature flair to Azur for a celebration of Brazil’s most iconic culinary experience.
Churrasco Nights: A Brazilian Festival of Flavour
From February 15 to 23, 2025, Azur invites guests to experience the essence of Brazil with Churrasco Nights, an immersive dining event that blends the authenticity of a traditional churrascaria with the lively spirit of a Brazilian festival. From 6:00 to 10:30 pm, guests will savour an indulgent buffet featuring flame-grilled churrasco meats, vibrant Brazilian salads, starters, and desserts, all served with a side of rhythm.
To elevate the experience, each evening begins with a complimentary Caipirinha or mocktail, setting the stage for a night of rich flavours and warm hospitality. As guests indulge, the sounds of Bossa Nova, Samba, and Axé will create an ambiance reminiscent of Brazil’s most festive gatherings.
The Grand Finale: Panlatino Brunch
For those looking to extend their culinary journey, Panlatino Brunch will take place on Sundays, February 16 and 23, 2025 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm. This upscale brunch experience brings a feast of tableside-carved grilled meats, a vibrant salad bar, and an array of decadent Brazilian desserts, offering an exquisite end to the festival.
