Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village Welcomes the Return of Dine LA in the City of Angels This Fall



The highly anticipated fall Dine LA returns to Los Angeles from October 1 to 15, 2021, featuring more than 400 high-value, prix fixe options for lunch and dinner throughout the city.
Coin & Candor, a California brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, will participate in the two week restaurant extravaganza featuring menus that include locally-sourced seasonal ingredients. Chef Jesus Medina and his team will offer a (USD 55) prix fixe all day dining menu.

Choice of Starters
- Autumn Salad – endive, salanova lettuce, candy walnut, pomegranates, walnut vinaigrette, citrus, Point Reyes blue cheese
- Yellow Tail Sashimi - cara cara orange, habanero aguachile, citrus, carrot, red onion
- Heirloom Beets - labneh, figs, citrus, honey, toasted almonds
Choice of Entrée
- Spinach Cavatelli - wild mushrooms, parmesan, chives
- Pulpo & Beans - heirloom beans, chermoula, charred habanero aioli
- Jidori Chicken - leek fondue, chives, Madeira jus
Choice of Dessert
- 10 layer Chocolate Cake - dandelion kokoa kamili tanzania 70 percent chocolate custard, stir espresso ice cream
- Fig Gateau - candy stripe figs, mascarpone chantilly, balsamic coulis
