Coin & Candor, a California brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village known for sophisticated Californian–French fare, announces the Gourmet Grape Wine Dinner Series with a lineup of intimate wine dinners spotlighting an iconic champagne house from the Épernay region of France and award-winning boutique wineries from the sun-kissed California regions of Santa Barbara and Sonoma.  

Chef Hugo Bolaños invites guests to journey through a sensory culinary experience that delights the palate one taste and sip at a time.  Set in Avalon, Coin & Candor’s intimate private dining room, guests will indulge in the four-course pairing menus while learning about the menus from chefs, winemakers, and special guests from the vineyards.  Each dinner is offered at USD 250 per person, plus tax and gratuities. Menus will be available closer to the wine dinner dates.

Perrier-Jouët Champagne | Thursday, February 13, 2025, 7:00 pm  

Elevate moments with the elegance of Perrier-Jouët – where every sip is a celebration. Maison Perrier-Jouët is one of France’s most historic and distinctive champagne houses. Renowned for its elegant floral champagnes, Perrier-Jouët has been mastering the art of revealing nature into chardonnay-forward multi-awarded wines since 1811. The distinctive Art Nouveau bottle reflects the timeless elegance of this refined, prestigious brand. 

Hamel Family Wines | Tuesday, March 11, 2025, 7:00 pm

Sip and savour the best of Santa Barbara with a curated wine dinner featuring exceptional wines from Sta. Rita Hills, Ballard Canyon, and Happy Canyon — a true taste of the region's finest terroirs. Featured wineries include Stolpman, Pence, Foxen, Crown Point and Margerum.
