Delight in the Flavors of Spring  

Coin & Candor, the California brasserie known for seasonally inspired ingredients, launches a new seasonal menu. Highlighting the bounty from local farmers and agriculturally rich surroundings, Chef Hugo Bolaños introduces flavour forward dishes that are sure to surprise and delight. In honour of Earth Day, on April 22, 2026, Coin & Candor will also host Dinner in the Dark, an intimate candlelit culinary experience that invites guests to dine with intention and celebrate the beauty of the natural world.

On April 23, 2026 dinner returns to The Cove where flavours from the shores of the vibrant Mediterranean regions celebrate seasonality and local ingredients.  Festive Easter Offerings

On April 5, 2026, from 11:00 am – 3:00 pm, Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village will host a decadent Easter Buffet Brunch inside The Hampton’s featuring a vast array of sweet and savoury selections.
