To maximise enjoyment and ease, SIDECUT at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler offers effortless Thanksgiving spreads to enjoy for both the Canadian and American holidays. Enjoy Thanksgiving dinner at SIDECUT, or experience a classic “turkey on the fly” within the privacy of a suite or at home.

Join the family at SIDECUT for a bountiful feast.  Start with a butternut squash bisque (CAD 15) before the main event (CAD 49) of carved roasted turkey breast and leg, smoked turkey and sage stuffing, roasted root vegetables, whipped yukon potato, brussel sprouts, cranberry sauce and foie gras and giblet gravy. And no Thanksgiving dinner would be complete without a truly Canadian take on dessert - a Quebecois-inspired Sortilège whiskey maple pumpkin pie (CAD 14). Kids portions and a la carte menu also available.

Turkey on the Fly

SIDECUT brings back the popular "Turkey on the Fly" for both Canadian and American Thanksgiving holidays. Leave the talented SIDECUT culinary team prepare a whole roasted JD Farms free range turkey, dessert and all the sides. Dinner serves approximately six people and is priced at CAD 395 plus applicable taxes.

Per tradition, a perfectly roasted turkey comes with the following delectable sides: 

• Mixed green salad, apple cider vinaigrette
• Smoked turkey and sage stuffing
• Roasted root vegetables
• Whipped yukon potato
• Green bean and porcini mushroom
• foie gras and giblet gravy
• Sortilège whiskey maple pumpkin pie

Additional helpings of any side are also available to add on when order is made. Turkey On The Fly is available for pick up outside the Resort and to guests for delivery in-suite. To make an order call 1 604 935 3400.

Turkey Bowl 

• American Thanksgiving - November 23, 2017 - 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm

Thanksgiving isn't complete with out some beloved football action. Football lovers are invited to pull up a seat at SIDECUT to catch all the games and enjoy the Turkey Bowl. Offerings include roasted turkey and stuffing sandwich with cranberry mayonnaise, lettuce, bacon, sourdough and side of yam fries for CAD 20. SIDECUT's a la carte menu will also be available.
