Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler and The Macallan Present an Exclusive Tasting Event for Whistler’s Annual Food and Drink Festival: Cornucopia

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, in collaboration with The Macallan, announces an exclusive whisky tasting event at Cornucopia, Whistler’s celebrated annual food and beverage festival. This unique experience on November 7 and November 16, 2024 offers guests an intimate preview of the upcoming reopening of The Library by The Macallan on November 28, 2024.

Attendees will be immersed in the exquisite world of premium whiskies, indulging in expertly crafted cocktails featuring The Macallan’s finest expressions. Highlights include the Old Fashioned de la Frontera, made with The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old, and the enchanting Between Pages, crafted with The Macallan Double Cask 12 Years Old. Each cocktail showcases the rich heritage and distinct flavour profiles of The Macallan’s Core collection. The experience culminates with a single pour of the Harmony Collection Amber Meadow, a beautifully balanced whisky with notes of honeyed sweetness, dried fruits, and subtle spice, encapsulating The Macallan’s artistry.

To elevate this exceptional experience, guests will also indulge in a pairing of two pieces of Flamed A5 Kagoshima Wagyu, known for its exceptional marbling, tenderness, and rich flavour, making it one of Japan's finest wagyu varieties.

This intimate evening will take place in the newly designed Four Seasons private residences, guided by expert mixologists from both Four Seasons and The Macallan.
