For Canadian Thanksgiving, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler invites guests to gather, reconnect, and celebrate the season with a long weekend of culinary experiences, family activities, creative workshops, and time to unwind in the mountains.

From Friday, October 9 through Monday, October 12, the Resort will offer a Thanksgiving program designed for all ages, bringing together seasonal flavours, Canadian traditions, and experiences inspired by Whistler’s natural surroundings.

At the heart of the weekend is Thanksgiving dining at Braidwood Tavern, where guests can gather for a festive buffet on Sunday evening featuring turkey carving stations, prime rib roast, seasonal salads, a Parmesan wheel risotto station, and a selection of Thanksgiving desserts including the classic pumpkin pie.

Throughout the weekend, The Cabin will offer a complimentary Thanksgiving-inspired treat created exclusively for the season. In addition, guests can gather around the Harvest Table in the Lobby for an afternoon of shared Thanksgiving treats and connection.

The program extends beyond the dining table with a series of hands-on experiences for families and guests of all ages. Guests can create their own SIDECUT steak rub, decorate pumpkins, make seasonal wreaths using locally foraged ingredients, or experience a quintessential Canadian tradition with maple taffy, made by pouring warm maple syrup over fresh snow.

Younger guests can enjoy Whistler Cubs, a guided evening program featuring interactive games and hands-on crafts. Designed for children ages 5 to 12, the program offers an opportunity for young guests to explore, create, and make new memories while parents enjoy their own time at the Resort.

For adults and older guests, the weekend includes a spa scrub workshop using locally sourced botanicals and ingredients, as well as a Paint & Sip with Andrea Mueller, inviting guests to bring a Whistler landscape to life on canvas with guidance from local artist Andrea Mueller.

Thanksgiving also offers an opportunity to slow down. At the Spa, seasonal treatments draw inspiration from the landscape and local botanicals. The Mountain Botanicals Massage, created in collaboration with Sḵwálwen Botanicals, incorporates wild rose, nettle, arnica, and rainforest oil, while the Mountain Wisdom Exfoliation combines wild rose, French pink clay, exfoliating sugars, and shea butter. The Salish Salt Stone Massage uses heated salt stones and releasing techniques as part of a deeply grounding treatment.

Guests can also maintain their wellness routines throughout the long weekend with complimentary fitness classes including Mat Pilates, Mountain Stretch, Stretch & Restore, and Hatha Yoga.

With Whistler’s mountain landscape as its backdrop, Thanksgiving at Four Seasons is an invitation to embrace the season at a slower pace, with thoughtful experiences, time together, and the warmth of a shared table.

Thanksgiving programming runs from October 9–12, 2026.
