A Thanksgiving Table at Braidwood Tavern

On Thanksgiving Day, Braidwood Tavern will host a festive buffet featuring traditional holiday favourites alongside elevated seasonal dishes. Highlights include turkey carving stations with all the classic accompaniments, prime rib roast, a Parmesan wheel risotto station, chilled seafood, house-cured fish and a selection of seasonal starters and desserts inspired by the flavours of fall. Throughout the weekend, guests can also enjoy a Thanksgiving-inspired turkey roulade feature at Braidwood Tavern, while The Cabin will offer a seasonal sweet treat created exclusively for the occasion.

The Library this Thanksgiving

Throughout Thanksgiving weekend, guests are invited to discover The Library, the Resort's intimate fireside whisky and cocktail bar. Designed around a curated collection of The Macallan, the sophisticated gathering place offers Whistler-inspired cocktails and immersive whisky experiences. Guests can reserve The Art of the Pour, the bar's signature tasting experience, for a memorable evening after Thanksgiving celebrations.

Canadian Traditions for the Whole Family

Throughout the weekend, guests can discover Thanksgiving with a Canadian twist. In the Lobby, warm maple syrup poured over fresh snow becomes maple taffy, a cherished Canadian winter tradition, while the Harvest Table invites guests to gather and enjoy seasonal treats together. Hands-on experiences include pumpkin decorating, a holiday wreath-making workshop using locally foraged elements and a SIDECUT signature steak rub workshop, where guests can create their own blend to take home. Young travellers can join Whistler Cubs, the Resort's guided evening program for children ages 5 to 12, featuring interactive games, crafts and supervised activities, giving parents time to enjoy the Resort at their own pace. For adults, celebrated local artist Andrea Mueller will lead a Paint and Sip experience inspired by Whistler's mountain landscapes, while the Spa team hosts a custom scrub workshop featuring locally sourced botanicals and ingredients.
