His journey began at the age of 18, when he discovered his passion for hospitality, and he has been dedicated to this field ever since.

Filippo's professional ethos is rooted in adaptability, leadership, and the cultivation of emotional intelligence. These principles have guided him through various roles, from busy, fast-paced environments in Italy and England to fine dining establishments in Australia and the UAE, including working with Michelin-starred chefs.

Filippo's impressive culinary career began in 2014. He held various roles in food and beverage operations across Italy, England, and Australia, where he took on leading responsibilities. During this period, he developed a strong foundation in the culinary arts and hospitality management, showcasing his versatility and ability to excel in diverse environments. In 2018, he embarked on his new journey as a stagiaire at Maaemo in Norway, a Michelin 3-star restaurant ranked 35th best in the world. He then further honed his skills at Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts in Dubai, working as a chef de rang at the Michelin 2-star Il Ristorante - Niko Romito and serving as the department learning coach from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, as a recognition of his talent, Filippo was sent to Reale in Italy, where he gained invaluable experience as a stagiaire at the Michelin 3-star establishment while continuing his work for Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts. Returning to Dubai, he took on the role of restaurant supervisor at Rockfish from 2020 to 2021, followed by a promotion to assistant restaurant manager at the Michelin 1-star Al Muntaha Restaurant from 2021 to 2022. Most recently, Filippo served as the restaurant manager at L'Olivo at Al Mahara in the iconic Burj Al Arab, Dubai, from 2022 to 2024, where he showcased his leadership and dedication to guest satisfaction. His diverse experiences across these top-tier establishments underscore his profound knowledge and passion for the culinary arts.

Joining the Four Seasons family at the Tented Camp Golden Triangle in Thailand, Filippo brings with him a wealth of knowledge and a passion for high-quality service. He is particularly inspired by Four Seasons emphasis on treating people well and providing opportunities for global growth. "I admire Four Seasons for its commitment to high-quality products, unparalleled service, and its standout culture," he shares.

Filippo's approach to his role at the Tented Camp is deeply influenced by his experiences across various cultures and environments. He emphasizes the importance of storytelling and theatrics in enhancing the culinary experience and plans to integrate these elements into his role. His passion for local cuisine and culture is evident as he aims to promote local foods, wines, and spirits, enriching the guest experience through authentic connections.

Beyond his professional life, Filippo is an avid explorer and outdoor enthusiast. He enjoys experiencing local food and wines, trying new restaurants, and immersing himself in the natural beauty of his surroundings. His hobbies include reading, exploring, and a particular passion for watches.
