Kaleb Paw is a distinguished wine professional with a passion for creating exceptional wine and food pairings. His journey began with a foundation in bakery and pastry studies during his college years in Taiwan, which later evolved into a deep appreciation for wine and spirits. A Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), a Certified Specialist of Wine from the Society of Wine Educators (SWE), and a holder of the Advanced Certificate from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET), Kaleb's expertise is backed by a wealth of credentials. He is also an active member of the Macau Sommelier Association and is currently pursuing the esteemed Certified Wine Educator designation from SWE.

Kaleb’s diverse skill set extends to mixology and bartending, where he holds certification from the Macao Occupational Skills Recognition System (MORS). As a finalist in the MORS Gold Pin Competition, he has demonstrated exceptional creativity and technical expertise. Kaleb has been conducting Wine by the Glass training sessions for the Vista38 dinner team, sharing his expertise and fostering growth within his team. This dedication to innovation and quality has earned him recognition as a versatile professional in the world of food and beverage.

Most recently, Kaleb collaborated on the Moutai x Black Pearl Menu at Zi Yat Heen, where his expertise in wine and spirits elevated the dining experience. Among his personal favourites is the Fattoria La Pupille Saffredi 1995, a Tuscan wine that holds a special place in his heart. With an unwavering commitment to growth, Kaleb continues to refine his craft, inspiring those around him with his passion and dedication to excellence.
