In 2008, Fiona Fu embarked on her career in the spa and wellness industry, building experience with international brands such as Aman, Six Senses, and LUX* Resorts. Her roles have centred on spa operations and management, giving her a solid practical and managerial foundation on wellness.
Guided by the philosophy - "Wellness, a feeling not a word – it comes from daily balance of mind and body” - Fiona has devoted over a decade to spa leadership. Before joining Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou, she served as spa director at Six Senses Qingcheng Mountain. There, she integrated international wellness concepts with local characteristics to create a unique wellness program, achieving both market and guest recognition. Fiona has also pursued multiple professional certifications—including Esalen Massage (175 hours), Watsu (150 hours), and Sound Healing—and continues to explore mind-body practices such as Biofield Tuning, essential oils, and meditation. This diverse expertise allows her to offer guests tailored support for physical and mental balance.
Outside work, Bali serves as her spiritual retreat, where she recharges in nature. She also guides individuals and groups in mind-body activities, helping them connect inwardly and with the present moment.
As Spa Director at Four Seasons Hotel Suzhou, Fiona is introducing a series of holistic wellness experiences—spanning physical, mental, nutritional, and sleep health—in collaboration with seasoned practitioners. These offerings invite guests to embark on a private island wellness journey and stand seasonal renewal for body, mind and spirit.
