Born and raised in Cremona, Italy, Nicola Rossi’s passion for cooking is rooted to his childhood when he started visiting food markets with his family. Entranced by the flavours of Italian cuisine, Chef Rossi graduated from the Istito Tecnico Luigi Nervi when he started to look for international exposure as he wanted to craft extraordinary experiences for people all around the world. “I wanted to learn from the best in the industry,” says Chef Rossi about his genuine passion about joining Four Seasons back in 2015.

With more than 20 years of international culinary experience and a decade at Four Seasons prior to joining Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Nicola has worked at Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at Kingdom Centre, Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre and Four Seasons Hotel Marrakech ,where he took over the culinary scene as the Executive Chef.

Following his intellectual curiosity and exciting career journey, Chef Rossi was exposed to a variety of foods and exotic ingredients that would fuel his life-long passion for cooking and help him share stories through the dishes.

Upon his arrival as the new Executive Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Nicola Rossi expressed his aspiration as “My main goal will be to bridge together Italian and Azerbaijani cuisines,” while his expertise and dedication to excellence compose remarkable experiences impressing both senses of taste and vision for guests.
