Vugar's journey with Four Seasons Hotel Baku is a testament to dedication, continuous growth and a genuine passion for hospitality. Having begun his career at the hotel in 2014 as a Doorman, he has progressed through a variety of guest-facing roles, including Limousine Driver, Concierge Agent and Concierge Supervisor, before being appointed Chef Concierge in 2024. Each step has deepened his understanding of personalized service and reinforced his commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

A defining milestone in his career came in 2023 when he was awarded membership in Les Clefs d'Or, the prestigious international association of professional hotel concierges. Widely regarded as one of the highest honours in the concierge profession, the coveted crossed golden keys recognize exceptional expertise, professionalism and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

Throughout his journey, Vugar has continued to expand his knowledge through international collaborations, supporting fellow Four Seasons properties in Dubai and Moscow as part of task force assignments. In 2024, he was also selected to participate in the inaugural Four Seasons Concierge Clinic in Bali, joining Chef Concierges from around the world to exchange ideas and further elevate the guest experience across the brand.

Today, as Chef Concierge at Four Seasons Hotel Baku, Vugar leads the Concierge team with a focus on thoughtful, personalized service, helping guests discover the very best of Baku through carefully curated recommendations and memorable experiences.

Away from the hotel, Vugar enjoys travelling and staying active through sport, continually drawing inspiration from new destinations while proudly sharing the warmth and character of his hometown with visitors from around the world.
