Aniello Turco, known as Nello, is the Executive Sous Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Prague. His culinary journey began in his parents' restaurant at the age of 13, instilling in him a deep passion for cooking.
Seeking culinary excellence, Nello trained under renowned chefs at Michelin-starred establishments such as Maison Alain Ducasse in Tuscany and Noma in Copenhagen. At Noma, he explored fermentation under Rene Redzepi, shaping his progressive culinary approach.
Nello's leadership at Mio Restaurant in Four Seasons Hotel Beijing earned acclaim, transforming it into a hub for contemporary Italian cuisine, earning a Michelin star and accolades for three consecutive years such as Chef of the Year by Time Out Magazine.
Continuously expanding his repertoire, Nello trained at the Valrhona Chocolate Academy in Beijing and Tokyo, enhancing his pastry expertise. In his current role, he blends traditional Italian flavours with local influences, aiming to transcend borders and inspire a new generation of chefs with his commitment to excellence.
