Born and raised right here in Houston, Texas, Brianna Gonzales is a true hometown girl with a heart for hospitality. Brianna studied at Syracuse University, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, during this time she worked as a Student Manager in the university dining hall. Though the pandemic forced her to finish her final semester remotely back in Houston, she stayed busy, working part-time at Federal American Grill as a Server.
After graduation, Brianna started working in finance. However, her heart led her back to her passion for hospitality, where she could be around people who love what they do; leading teams in accomplishing goals and bringing smiles to guests’ faces. She worked her way up through operations at Federal American Grill, coordinating events, then managing the Beverage Program, and ultimately leading the Service Operations.
Brianna joined Four Seasons Hotel Houston in 2024 as the Assistant Manager of Bayou & Bottle, she was then promoted to General Manager in early 2026. She now oversees all operations of the popular bourbon bar and restaurant, including its Topgolf Swing Suites, Spirit Lockers, Master Tasting Series, and Bayou & Bean grab-and-go concept. She speaks English and Spanish and loves to stay active by going on walks, hiking, and playing volleyball. Also, a big fan of live music, Brianna is always up for travel to discover a great new adventure.
