A Four Seasons veteran, Jennifer Kaplan is a native of New York City. While working in delis and restaurant’s through high school and college, she recognized her passion for the food and beverage business and in providing memorable experiences for the customers she served.
Jennifer graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey’s Anisfield School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing. With degree in-hand, she headed south to Florida, joining Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach as a Server and Bartender. Over the next four years, she progressed into management, before heading up to Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore as the Pool Manager and later the Banquet Manager.
In 2019, Jennifer took to mountain life at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, where she began as General Manager of Westbank Grill and Ascent Lounge, and evolved to Director of Outlets. She then became opening Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, and later Director of Food and Beverage, at Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Minneapolis. Kaplan joined Four Seasons Hotel Houston in late 2025 as Director of Food and Beverage, overseeing culinary operations for Toro Toro, Bayou & Bottle, Bayou & Bean, Bandista, In-Room Dining, and Events.
Fluent in English, Jennifer is also a Level One Sommelier and Cicerone (certified beer professional). She enjoys travelling and spending her free time going to concerts, sporting events, and trying out new restaurants and bars,all of which she’ll have plenty of opportunities to do in Houston.
