Brooke Gardner, a native of New York State, has built an impressive career across nine Four Seasons properties. Growing up in Rochester, where his family owned a restaurant, Brooke was introduced early to the world of culinary operations. His mother, a talented home cook and business owner, significantly influenced his passion for the hospitality industry.

On one of his many cross-country road trips, Brooke made a memorable stop in Nashville. The experience left a lasting impression, and he always wanted to return to Music City. When he discovered that his birthday coincides with the opening date of Four Seasons Hotel Nashville, he saw it as a sign and accepted the role of Hotel Manager in 2024.

Brooke's journey with Four Seasons began in 1990 at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel. Over the years, he has held numerous leadership roles, including Director of Food and Beverage at properties such as Atlanta, Westlake Village, Las Vegas, and New York. He also served as Resort/Hotel Manager in Dallas, Santa Barbara, Las Vegas and Napa Valley, before taking on his current role as Hotel Manager in Nashville.

“Nashville has a rhythm that's unlike anywhere else. It's a place where creativity and innovation thrive, making it the perfect city for the culture of Four Seasons,” says Brooke.

Outside of work, Brooke is determined to master the art of barbecue and retains a passion for travel to further expand his culinary knowledge. His enthusiasm for the restaurant business and continuous learning and discovery of new trends has made Nashville the ideal destination as Brooke’s current post with Four Seasons, given the city's dynamic growth and thriving food scene.
