Piero's journey into hospitality began unexpectedly. Originally training to become an airline pilot, he took a job as a food runner at a renowned restaurant in Los Angeles while pursuing his aviation goals. What started as a temporary role quickly became a passion, as he discovered a love for food and beverage and the world of luxury hotels.

Drawn to Nashville's energy and unique sense of community, Piero was excited by the opportunity to join Four Seasons Hotel Nashville. Having long admired both the city and the hotel, he saw the role as a chance to be part of a world-class luxury property in one of his favorite destinations. He joins the team with a service-driven approach, genuine compassion, and a commitment to leading with empathy and integrity.

As he steps into his new role, Piero is most excited for guests to experience the exceptional offerings that make the hotel so special. From the outstanding cuisine and warm hospitality at Bacco to the sweeping views from the seventh-floor pool deck, he looks forward to creating memorable experiences that exceed expectations. "Always be of service, no matter what" is the philosophy that guides his leadership style and reflects his dedication to both guests and team members alike.

Outside of the hotel, Piero is a licensed pilot and enjoys taking to the skies whenever he can. When he's not working, his favorite place is anywhere he can spend quality time with his children. A fan of exploring Nashville's vibrant neighbourhoods, including East Nashville, Germantown, and The Gulch, he is eager to further immerse himself in the community. Above all, Piero hopes to be remembered as a kind, genuine, and empathetic leader who always puts people first.
