In 2015, Haley Lamoriello began honing in on her client servicing skills as she found a knack for ​​fostering positive relationships through her role as a corporate sales intern with the New York Yankees. This, and her introduction to the behind-the-scenes world of sports, led her to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management at Florida State University. Soon after graduation, Haley embarked on a professional career, obtaining a role as an associate account executive with Oak View Group - an American professional sports and commercial real estate company.

Delving deep into customer relations and personalization, Haley became enthralled with curating experiences and presenting individuals with tailored offerings exclusively for them. Naturally, the service and care for which Four Seasons is known captivated Haley’s attention. “Four Seasons truly showed me what the pinnacle of hospitality was. Every person I encountered wore a genuine smile and demonstrated a sincere dedication to ensuring every aspect of my stay was seamless and memorable.” Her passion for hospitality and love for the brand propelled her to join Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World as a Learning Coach, which later led her to take on Food and Beverage Supervisor.

In 2021, Haley ventured to Denver and joined the Guest Services team at Four Seasons Hotel Denver. Showing rapid growth and progression in her position, she began taking on leadership roles, first as Spa Supervisor and then as Assistant Spa Manager. Both wellness-focused roles were seamless transitions for Haley as her admiration and enthusiasm for healthy living flourished. “Wellness isn't just a practice; it's a profound journey of self-discovery and empowerment. For me, the dynamic nature of wellness captivates me - its ability to offer varied meanings to different people, to nurture every individual body and soul.”

Today, as Spa Manager at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston, Haley’s role is grounded in fundamental wellness principles. As a Forbes Five-Star rated spa, Haley is thrilled to continue embracing new trends and rituals and making her mark on Boston.

When not on the Hotel’s Wellness Floor, Haley is exploring Boston’s hidden gems and embarking on journeys to various global destinations. Haley continuously immerses herself in the many experiences and cultures the world has to offer and relishes in diverse ways of life and cuisine that promise to enrich her travels.
