After completing her bachelor’s degree at the University of Alabama, Jennifer Girgus found herself in Nashville contemplating the future. There, she would ultimately start her career as a reservation agent at Loews Vanderbilt Plaza and discover an everlasting passion for the hospitality industry.
After gaining invaluable business and operations experience in various positions throughout Nashville, Washington, DC and Virginia, Girgus accepted the role of director of corporate sales for The Hay-Adams Hotel in Washington, DC, where she was responsible for accommodating media, entertainment, Secret Service and official delegation visits. After several years, Girgus set out for her next opportunity as she joined Rosewood Crescent and Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek. With these properties, she would climb the ranks over the next ten years and lead various teams by overseeing the accommodations for corporate groups, sport teams, high-profile entertainers and a two-property buyout by Chanel for its Métiers d'Art event. In 2016, Girgus would begin her journey with the Four Seasons brand.
Girgus went on to spend six years at Four Seasons Resort and Club Dallas at Las Colinas as director of sales, before checking another accomplishment off her list by receiving the opportunity to not only remain with Four Seasons but to also return to the place she was born and raised, New Mexico.
In 2022, Girgus became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe, something she longed for after a family trip back home to the cultural mecca. In her role, Girgus grows awareness of Four Seasons Resort Santa Fe and its ability to curate unique cultural and adventure experiences along with also driving demand and increasing revenue.
As Girgus reacquaints herself with the Land of Enchantment, she enjoys spending her off days with her family, in her garden, watching Alabama football and exploring new places and adventures that one can only find in New Mexico.
