Jerome Arribas is a seasoned luxury hospitality executive with a distinguished global career spanning more than two decades across some of the most iconic Four Seasons hotels and resorts. As General Manager of Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, Jerome brings a refined operational mindset, deep brand expertise, and a strong sense of place to one of the company’s most established and celebrated desert destinations.
Throughout his career, Jerome has combined strategic leadership with hands-on operational experience across both urban hotels and resort environments. Since its opening in 1999, the Scottsdale property has set the standard for luxury hospitality in the region, and Jerome embraces its distinctive duality: offering seamless access to Scottsdale’s cultural, dining, and retail energy while maintaining a fully immersive experience in the tranquillity and natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert.
Jerome is particularly focused on shaping guest experiences that are authentic, immersive, and emotionally resonant. His leadership philosophy emphasizes storytelling, experiential programming, and a relaxed yet refined sense of luxury—elements that align with Scottsdale’s casual sophistication and Four Seasons service ethos.
Originally from the Loire Valley of France, Jerome’s early exposure to culinary excellence, craftsmanship, and cultural heritage shaped his professional philosophy. Following extensive international travel, he entered hospitality and launched his Four Seasons career in a nontraditional role as Assistant Director of Purchasing at Four Seasons in the Bahamas—a position that underscored his competitive drive and determination to master diverse operational disciplines.
Throughout his career, Jerome actively sought diverse assignments to broaden his operational expertise. He participated in task force roles across multiple properties and gained frontline exposure through guest-facing initiatives, including operational support at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, and Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, both Michelin three key properties recognized among the world’s most exceptional luxury hotels. These experiences strengthened his appreciation for scale, complexity, and the orchestration required to deliver seamless luxury service in high-profile environments.
Jerome’s appointment as Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston marked a pivotal chapter in his career. Over five years, he played a key role in establishing and positioning the hotel within a highly competitive market that already had a strong Four Seasons presence. Under his leadership, the property achieved Forbes Five-Star recognition for both the Hotel and the Spa just two years after opening, reinforcing its standing alongside the world’s most distinguished luxury hotels. His tenure required strategic creativity, brand differentiation, and strong leadership across teams, reinforcing his reputation as a capable and adaptable operator. Jerome later advanced to General Manager of Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, refining his skills in resort operations, seasonal management, and leadership development.
Jerome’s global portfolio includes leadership roles at Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat, A Four Seasons Hotel; Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca; Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris; Four Seasons Resort and Residences Seychelles; Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane; and the former Four Seasons Resort Exuma at Emerald Bay. Across these properties, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to elevate operations, mentor talent, and uphold the brand’s exacting standards across diverse cultural and market contexts.
Now in his tenth Four Seasons assignment, Jerome brings a rare balance of financial acumen, operational depth, and destination storytelling to Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. His career reflects a commitment to excellence, innovation, and the thoughtful evolution of luxury hospitality—positioning the resort for continued success while preserving the sense of place that defines its enduring appeal.
