Maggee brings to her first Four Seasons role more than 22 years of hospitality experience with premium and luxury hotels and resorts throughout the United States and Canada, across spa and wellness, rooms operations, conference services, food and beverage, catering, sales and marketing.

Joining the team from The Ritz-Carlton Toronto, over the past 10 years Maggee held positions most recently as Director of Hotel Operations – Rooms, overseeing the daily rooms division operation, and previously as Director of Spa, which included providing support for seven different spas throughout the northeastern United States and managing strategic B2B relationships. She also participated in the opening of The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad in 2022.

Maggee has always been drawn to hospitality, having completed a Bachelor of Science at The School of Hotel and Restaurant Management at Northern Arizona University. From there, she started her career on the food and beverage side, working her way up through leadership roles and then shifting over to sales and marketing and later to events. She has touched many different key aspects of hotel operations, which has included roles at both The Resort at Pelican Hill in California as well as The Fairmont Royal York in Toronto.

Maggee was a previous recipient of the Ontario Hostelry Institute Top 30 Under 30 Award and was also awarded Leader of the Year while with The Ritz-Carlton.

The Spa at Four Seasons Toronto is currently the only Forbes Five-Star Spa in the city. It is among the largest in Toronto as well as the largest urban spa in the Four Seasons portfolio, with 30,000 square feet encompassing 19 treatment rooms including a Wellness and Bio Bar, five spa suites, a relaxation pool, infrared sauna, outdoor terrace, nail and hair bar and more.
