Rylan Bonaccorsi is Lead Sommelier at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, where he oversees wine programme development and service at Tavernetta Vail, operated in partnership with Frasca Hospitality Group. He joined Four Seasons following several years with Frasca Hospitality Group, where his exposure to Italian cuisine and wine shaped his professional direction.

Originally pursuing a path toward law, Rylan’s interest shifted to wine during his time in Boulder, Colorado, leading him to formal study and hands-on cellar experience. His approach to wine service is rooted in structure, precision, and hospitality, with an emphasis on building thoughtful, regionally driven lists that support both cuisine and guest experience.

In 2024, Rylan achieved the Advanced Sommelier certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently preparing for the Master Sommelier examination. His work reflects a continued commitment to professional development and the service standards of Four Seasons.
