Amalfi Lemon

Is it a real lemon, or is it a dessert? Nestled within meticulously crafted white chocolate grooves resembling a lemon lies a delectable lemon mousse infused with basil and lemon confit. You’ll want to have a camera on-hand as you break into the shell of lemon sweetness.

"I've crafted a dessert menu to not just satisfy our guests’ taste buds but also to captivate their dining experience and leave a lasting impact," says Chef Llompart.

Tableside Tiramisu

While tiramisu has been a favourite at Mimo since its inception, Chef Llompart elevates the experience by preparing it right at the table. Four ladyfingers are soaked in freshly brewed espresso and placed in three layers within the artistically painted Mimo bowls. Each layer is generously topped with mascarpone cream and delicately dusted with cocoa.
