Inspired by the layout of local homes, each room and suite welcomes guests with a doma entrance area to remove their shoes before they step inside.

Walk barefoot on rush-grass tatami floors and drift into a locally-inspired sleep experience with futon bedding. Custom low-slung chairs make it possible to sit closer to ground level, in keeping with Japanese custom. From washi paper headboards to sudare blinds, the little design details add up to a wonderfully immersive stay.
