The Gin Bar at Talavera, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale, pays homage to the tapas bars of Spain with a menu of Spanish-style gin and tonics, as well as sherry, beer, cider, vermouth and a selection of wines. Guests can stand or sit in this cosy yet contemporary space to enjoy pintxos, which are small bites such as locally grown olives and crispy chickpeas, along with a drink while catching up with friends.

The key to the Gin Bar’s success is its simple cocktails, each with an incredible depth of flavour. The bar's range of more than 20 gins allows cocktail makers to choose just the right one to pair with their small-batch artisanal tonics and wide variety of house grown herbs and dried citrus.

In addition to its Gin Tonic menu, the bar also features seasonal sangria (blanco, rosado and tinto versions). The sangrias are crafted from Spanish wines and local ingredients designed to elevate the flavour of the wines. Each is served in a traditional Spanish pórron, a unique glass vessel with a sleek pouring spout, alongside a glass of fresh fruit on ice.  

With its enticing selection of gin tonics, sangria, cocktails, vermouths, sherries, beers, ciders and wines, choosing what to order at the Gin Bar may be a challenge for some.
