Located in front of the culinary action at the open kitchen, the Chef's Table takes centre stage for celebrations among family, friends or meeting groups. Perfect for up to 14 guests, a unique kitchen-side experience is served at dinnertime at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore.

As the dinner progresses, the custom-made Butcher's Block is rolled out, bearing succulent cuts of steaks and meats that are skillfully carved and served directly at the Chef's Table. A choice of two menus awaits: Surf & Turf and Porchetta & Rack of Lamb:

Surf & Turf Menu

To Start

  • Signature truffle focaccia
  • Garlic bread
  • Buffalo burrata, datterini tomatoes, basil and rocket
  • Peel-and-eat tiger prawns
  • Beef carpaccio, black truffle and shaved parmesan
  • Chargrilled calamari, flat parsley and lime

Main Attraction to Share

  • Tomahawk ribeye - black angus, 200-day grain fed - and selection of wood–fired grilled seafood - Mooloolaba wild king prawns, scallops, Mediterranean sea bass and sword fish
  • Accompanied by wood-grilled vegetables, roasted fingerling potatoes and market salad

Dessert

  • Sticky toffee pudding, cinnamon ice cream, toffee sauce
  • Illy coffee or selected TWG tea

Porchetta & Rack of Lamb Menu

To Start

  • Zaatar flat bread
  • Smoky eggplant dip
  • Charcuterie board with chicken liver parfait
  • Beef carpaccio, black truffle and shaved parmesan
  • Chargrilled calamari, flat parsley and lime

Main Attraction

  • Whole roasted Iberico Spanish suckling pig and rack of lamb - whole roasted from Australia, with spiced lamb jus
  • Accompanied by wood-grilled vegetables, roasted fingerling potatoes and market salad
