The Ski Concierge whisks guests skis, boots and poles from the Resort so guests are greeted mountainside with warm, dry boots ensuring a great day ahead. Guests can also rent equipment, buy tickets, meet their instructors, and get more information, news and recommendations from the expert team. When the day is done, guests simply leave their gear with the Ski Concierge overnight.

The Ski Concierge saves the day for families too, preventing meltdowns and equipment hassles. Perched at the base of Blackcomb Mountain, the Ski Concierge is but a three-minute complimentary shuttle ride or pleasant five-minute walk from the Resort.
