The trio of chefs - Essam Arabu, Moustafa Ramadan and Ahmed Fathy - rolled up their sleeves and prepared Iftar and Sohour menus with a diversity of traditional oriental cuisine to entertain the taste buds. 

The Beach Tent will be set in an Arabian night theme with decorative, colourful and stylish lanterns, to be the place to enjoy from dusk to dawn along with oriental musical tunes to soothe the mood. Oriental Iftar menu at EGP 625++, and Sohour menu with classic music at EGP 425++.

Guests will enjoy a musical band playing classic music for sohour, with the beautiful and flawless voice of Nelly Cassis capturing the floor on April 16, 2021.

For Iftar, Moustafa Ramadan, Restaurant Chef created a rotating menu with an extensive selection of tajines, BBQ and oriental dishes to feast the heart and the eyes, while Ahmed Fathy, Executive Pastry Chef will indulge guests in a different type of homemade kunafa, maamoul and Ramadan delights. 

At Byblos restaurant, guests are welcomed to discover the Taste of Aleppo through an authentic menu that this city is known for, carefully prepared by Syrian chef Essam Arabu, where his passion makes it an exceptional culinary journey for the whole family. Choice of Iftar beef set-menu at EGP 650++ and seafood set-menu at EGP 850++.
