Four Seasons Hotel Amman Welcomes a Very Special Guest from London for Unforgettable Nights of Cocktails

Four Seasons Hotel Amman is hosting a special guest from London - Harry Nikolaou, Director of Mixology at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square.

Harry is especially famous for his minimalistic presentation but absolutely unique mix of flavours in each cocktail.  He will be sharing his creative flare at La Capitale Brasserie and SIRR bar from January 28 until February 5, 2020.

Originally from Greece, Harry began his career in 2003 where he worked as an event and head waiter at a cocktail bar. In 2005, he moved to a position behind the bar alongside renowned bartender Spyros Adonopoulos, where his technical ability flourished.

With a growing passion, Harry took to the books, studying the history of spirits and mixology alongside some of the world’s greatest bartenders. In 2014, his expertise was recognised and he was awarded a position in Greece’s top 50 bartenders.

• January 30 - The perfect combination of a Nicaraguan cigar and Harry’s signature cocktails at SIRR Bar for JOD 20++ per person
• February 2 and 5 - Learn from the best - enjoy cocktail masterclasses at SIRR from 6:00 to 8:00 pm for JOD 25++ per person
