Park 75 Reopens for Breakfast at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta

March 4, 2021,
Atlanta, U.S.A

Park 75, the signature breakfast restaurant of Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta, will reopen on March 9, 2021 for breakfast from 7:00 to 11:00 am daily.

The menu, curated by Executive Chef Edgar Kano, is reflective of his culturally diverse culinary team and their interpretation of Southern classics from the region. Utilising the freshest seasonal ingredients, recipes are infused with unexpected flavour combinations that celebrate the worldly approach his culinarians bring to their craft.

Indulgent favourites include The Georgian, prepared with aged cheddar cheese grits, pork sausage, poached eggs, chives and roasted peppers; chicken & waffle, featuring a chicken breast dusted in a sweet vanilla waffle-batter and served crispy over a decadent Belgian waffle with house-made spiced blueberry jam; migas, made with scrambled eggs, corn tortilla crisps, onion, tomato, jalapeno, and topped with a smoky morita salsa and queso fresco; shrimp & grits, a warm combination of aged cheddar grits with a velvety lobster cream sauce topped with savoury bites of adobo shrimp and jumbo lump crab; and crab eggs benedict, with two poached eggs  perched on corn bread and topped with crab, sauteed spinach and “southern” hollandaise sauce.  Lighter-fare options include freshly prepared smoothies, acai bowls, fruit and yogurt parfaits, avocado toast and a savoury egg white frittata made with yukon gold potato, mushrooms, asparagus, tomato, mozzarella cheese and smoked tomato sauce.

Breakfast pastries are baked in-house, daily, by the masterful hands of Executive Pastry Chef Erica Lee. Varieties of confections include French-style croissants, as well as an assortment of muffins adorned with fresh blueberries, banana-chocolate chips and cranberries. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, specialty Lavazza coffee beverages and premium Rishi teas will also be available.
