With his special four course menu available in the rooftop Kaspia Restaurant on Valentine’s Day, Chef Talha Barkin wants to show guests that chocolate is not only for after dinner. Enjoy the exclusive four course menu with chocolate that will bring richness and complexity to the taste of each dish. A talented local musician will be performing modern music for guests during the evening on a national Azerbaijani instrument called tar that played a significant role in shaping the cultural identity of traditional music.
