Four Seasons Hotel Baku Welcomes Three Michelin Star Chef Heinz Beck at Zafferano Restaurant

Every year a week of Italian cuisine is held in the world to popularise the gastronomy and the culinary traditions of different regions of Italy.

This December, Four Seasons Hotel Baku has the honour to celebrate this occasion at Zafferano Restaurant, where the main character and host is one of the most significant figures of gastronomy in the world - three Michelin starred Chef Heinz Beck.

Due to his taste, talent and creative approach the Chef has various awards and was recognised by Michelin, Bibenda, Gambero Rosso, L’Espresso and many more. His unique interpretation of modern cuisine has been rated with three Michelin stars and he is identified as a leader in Italian and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

During the 6th World Week of Italian Cuisine, on December 2 and 3 2021, guests of Four Seasons Hotel Baku have a chance to dive into a Michelin starred culinary journey as Chef Beck transforms a wide and specific selection of ingredients into personalised interpretations.

With pleasant live music playing on the background and beautiful ambiance of Zafferano Restaurant, guests will not only enjoy the creations of Chef Beck but also his company.

During this event the famous Chef will highlight the importance of using seasonal ingredients and present his signature Italian dishes such as scallops capaccio on artichoke foam with gel of mint and caviar; sedanini with smoked aubergine coulis and mazzancolle; loin of lamb in cereal crust, and more.

The cherry on top is the one-of-a-kind dessert with a unique combination of iced sphere of pomegranate on tea-flavoured chocolate cream, which will certainly have a wow effect on guests.

These two memorable days at Zafferano Restaurant will be a great start of December both for guests and the team of the Hotel.
