Four Seasons Hotel Baku Once Again Joins Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign

Breast Cancer Awareness Month is an annual international health campaign organised by major breast cancer charities and supported by many different organisations and global companies every October to increase awareness of the disease and to raise funds for research into its cause, diagnosis, prevention, treatment and cure.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer, mainly among women. As the cause of this illness is not fully discovered yet and sometimes there are no clear symptoms, it’s important to go through regular check-ups to decrease the risk of developing breast cancer.

To raise the awareness as well as contribute to the healing process within Azerbaijan, Four Seasons Hotel Baku joined the campaign by adding pink ribbons to the uniforms of its employees and coloured its best-seller dessert – traditional Italian tiramisu - to pink, which is available at the Hotel’s all-day-dining Italian Zafferano Restaurant and Piazza Lounge throughout the month of October.
