Baltimore, U.S.A.

Harley Pasternak is a world-renowned fitness and nutrition authority, celebrity personal trainer, New York Times bestselling author, and now the official Global Fitness Advisor for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Widely recognised for his innovative approach to full-body fitness, he has transformed the fitness facility at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore into one of the first Harley Pasternak-designed gyms in the country, along with an exclusive series of fitness videos aimed at inspiring guests to stay fit and active while travelling.

The USD 200,000 makeover included all new flooring and turf, lighting, and sound system, plus 30 pieces of Precor state-of-the-art equipment, including the only Peloton bike in the city, StairMasters, a TRX suspension station, motion cage studio, sled track, various strength equipment, rower and elliptical cross-trainers.

“As a longtime guest and admirer of Four Seasons, I am excited to partner with the brand to enhance and elevate the fitness offering at Four Seasons,” says Pasternak. “Together, we’ll take a holistic approach to fitness – from the layout and design of fitness facilities to proprietary programs and workouts. Our goal is to provide those who visit or live at Four Seasons with exclusive access to one of the very best fitness experiences.”

The Hotel invites locals to join the city’s most exclusive and complete Fitness Club and Spa with incomparable services and amenities. Open only to annual members and Hotel guests, features include full service men’s and women’s Relaxation Rooms, each equipped with a Vitality Pool, Experience Shower, Finnish Rock Sauna, and Aromatherapy Steam Room. Member benefits also include access to the Hotel’s seasonal rooftop infinity pool, savings on services and retail items in the Spa and on guest rooms, just to name a few. For full membership details or to join, contact the Spa directly at 410 223 1440.

Four Seasons has long been dedicated to the health and wellbeing of its guests, and was one of the first hotel companies to offer onsite fitness activities.
