Dine Under the Stars at One of the Most Sought-After Rooftop Terraces Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

In the heart of the Harbor East neighbourhood, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore brings a one-of-a kind outdoor dinner series, Dinner Under the Stars, to its fourth floor Splash Terrace back dropped by expansive views of the harbor and marina.

For the remainder of September and October 2020, the sought-after terrace will transform into an exclusive and cosy setting perfect for a romantic evening or a memorable family meal. Offering guests the ultimate rooftop dining experience for two to four guests, the intimate setting will feature strung bistro lights illuminating the terrace, music, as well as handcrafted cocktails and complimentary gourmet s’mores to enjoy and roast fireside.

In addition to specialty cocktails and wines by the glass, guests are treated to a seasonally inspired three-course menu created exclusively by Executive Chef Norma Whitt. The menu is a delicious way to enjoy the transition of seasons with dishes including roasted carrots with carrot top pesto, lemon ricotta and rye crumble; and a dry-aged ribeye with truffle grits, and asparagus topped with a red wine demi.
