Dinner Under the Stars: Outdoor Pop-Up Dining Experience Returns for One Special Night at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

For one evening only, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore will open an alfresco pop-up dining experience on October 1, 2021 on its fourth floor Splash Terrace back dropped by sweeping views of the harbor and marina.

The sought-after terrace will transform into a cosy setting illuminated by strung bistro lights, perfect for a romantic evening or a memorable family meal. Available to both guests and locals alike, the intimate setting will feature a special three-course menu created by Executive Chef Norma Whitt, wine pairings selected by The Wine Collective, light and refreshing handcrafted cocktails, and more.

The Dinner Under the Stars menu will be a delicious way to enjoy the transition of seasons with fresh, crisp items sourced from local farmers markets. Some of Whitt’s signature dishes include a scallop crudo with Thai basil, tomato confit, yuzu, and Old Bay tomato consommé; the tenderloin carpaccio is comprised of pickled mustard seed, gooseberry, pumpernickel, and arugula; while the pan-roasted duck is complete with quince kabocha purée, roasted root vegetable, buckwheat pasta, and onion consommé.

End the delicious meal with an indulgent dessert such as vanilla panna cotta topped with seasonal garnishes.
