Celebrate the Festive Season with Brunch in the Ballroom at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore

Make merry this Christmas with a festive brunch overlooking the harbor at Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore all morning and afternoon long. The team has crafted a delicious Christmas Day waterfront buffet for guests and local residents to enjoy in the Hotel’s Cobalt Ballroom on Saturday, December 25, 2021.

The festive buffet, created and prepared by Executive Chef Norma Whitt, features all of the gourmet holiday favourites including carving stations highlighting slow roasted prime rib and whole grain mustard roasted leg of lamb, a seafood raw bar with shrimp cocktail and fresh shucked oysters, plus sides such as green bean almondine, brown butter potato puree, and truffled bread pudding. A selection of assorted salads and soups are a great starter before enjoying action stations, such as the build-your-own omelet station.

End the meal on a sweet note with a lineup of decadent house-made desserts, such as sweet potato and lemon meringue tartlets, “hot chocolate” mousse cups, cinnamon cheesecake bars with cranberry compote, and apple cobbler topped with marcona almond crumble.

Seatings for Christmas Day Brunch are available between 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. The festive menu is priced from USD 125 to USD 145 per person and includes bottomless Mimosas and Bellinis; USD 55 children under 12 years of age; complimentary for children 5 years of age and younger.
