Gourmet Burgers and Beer at Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru

There are burgers, and then there are gourmet burgers. The same comfort food that has been adored for its simple appeal - but dialled up a few notches.

Chefs of Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru have a showcase of Gourmet Burgers before the festive season kicks in and have paired it with chilled beer from Budweiser to sweeten the offer further. The breezy outdoors of the terrace adjoining The Lobby Lounge overlooking the pool, or the cool setting of the outlet itself, provide atmospheric backdrops to savour some deliciously juicy patties, snugly sitting between the buns.

Fried Chicken Ranch Burger, Cajun Fried Fish Burger, BBQ Pulled Pork and classic Cheeseburgers are sure to impress the meat lovers, but there are also vegetarian versions such as CUR8 Veggie Burger with a delicious beetroot patty, lettuce and fresh guacamole, or the Curried Plantain Burger.

The origin of the hamburger in the late 19th century was somewhat foggy. However, it soon went on to become one of the enduring symbols of comfort food and the evolving American lifestyle. While the patty locks in the real flavours, fat and juice, the buns supporting it must be strong enough to withstand and hold the patty together while giving it that just-right pillowing softness. The sauce and cheese binds it all together to make for the world’s most beloved comfort food items.
