It is that special time of the year when Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel gets dressed up for the holidays, and this year is no exception as the Hotel rolls out the red carpet for the season and celebrates with specially curated events and promotions to help one and all get into the festive spirit.  

‘Tis the Season for… Festive Decor

Inspired by a classic Christmas theme, this year’s festive installation by the Hotel's talented in-house floral team Square Root Designs will be unveiled on November 14, 2021. The main lobby will feature live Christmas trees, glittering lights with red and gold garlands, holiday florals, oversized Christmas ornaments and welcoming nutcracker statues. The exterior will match the interior with the change of awnings to green and red. Located on Rodeo Drive, it is of course imperative that the Hotel remains fashionable and updates its wardrobe on a seasonal basis, darling!

‘Tis the Season for… Celebrations:

Kick off the holiday season at the annual Rodeo Drive Holiday Lighting Ceremony on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 5:00 pm. The community and visitors will gather to enjoy whimsical décor and outdoor performances from The Noelles, an all-female a cappella quintet; Skating Aratas who will roller-skate through the sidewalks of Rodeo Drive; an awe-inspiring balancing act; and more. The evening ends with a glittering finale of fireworks.

Still not quite ready for crowds? Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel has it covered. Take in the sites from THEBlvd’s newly expanded patio while sipping on a seasonally-inspired hot toddy made with cognac, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, honey and a dash of cinnamon – all while the Beverly Hills High School Choir perform carols.

On Saturday, December 18, 2021, the local Beverly Hills High School choir will return to perform carols while the Hotel welcomes Santa Claus from 4:30 to 5:30 pm for a meet and greet, as well as photo opportunity. Afterwards, visit THEBlvd to try another featured holiday cocktail, The Wise King, made with tequila, peppermint schnapps and house-made hot chocolate.

Celebrate Hanukkah every night in the Hotel’s main lobby from November 28 through December 6, 2021 with a menorah lighting with local Rabbi Dovid Begun from Chabad of Southwest Beverly Hills. The first and last evening will feature kosher cookies for one and all to enjoy.

Festive To-Go Menu: Back by popular demand is the Festive To-Go Menu from Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel. Whether a gathering size of 4 or 10, choose this tantalising family-style meal, which includes:

  • Appetisers (choose two): Murray Farm Pear, Apple, Pecan Salad; Roasted Honey Squash Winter Salad; or French Onion Soup
  • Mains (choose 1): Prime Rib, Whole Stripe Bass or Slow-Roasted Leg of Lamb
  • Sides: Brussels Sprouts, Roasted Cinnamon Hazelnut Sweet Potatoes, Cheese Ravioli, Grilled Maitake Mushrooms and Broccolini, Artisanal Breads

Christmas Eve in THEBlvd: The talented team at THEBlvd will be making spirits bright with a special three-course prix fixe menu at USD 145 per person, USD 70 per child on December 24, 2021 from 5:00 to 9:30 pm. Begin the meal with a chestnut soup, warm California goat cheese crottin fritter, or chicken liver mousse. For the main, choose from roasted Colorado lamb loin, ribeye cap and wasabi crusted petite filet or a pan seared wild striped bass. End dinner on a sweet note - choose the Chocolate Atlas or yuzu meringue pie.  Further enhance dinner with a seafood platter, caviar, champagne, or grilled lobster tail. Christmas Eve at CUT: Holiday gatherings are done right at CUT by Wolfgang Puck. Join the team for a prix fixe menu complete with choice of a main course of dry aged 35-day rib eye, Gold Label Snake River Farm filet, bone-in New York, roasted duck breast, lou de mer or rotisserie poussin. Christmas Day in THEBlvd: Have a holly, jolly Christmas at THEBlvd with a three-course prix fixe menu at USD 125 per adult and USD 60 per child from 11:30 am to 9:30 pm on December 25, 2021. Choose from chilled purple vichyssoise soup, seared sea scallops or warm California goat cheese crottin fritter for the first course. For the main course, choose from dukkah crusted Colorado lamb loin, ribeye cap and wasabi crusted petite filet or a pan seared wild striped bass. Compete this decadent meal with the choice of a salted caramel and milk chocolate semifreddo or a coconut panna cotta. Live music from 2:00 to 10:00 pm will make things merry and bright, while guests can choose to enhance the meal with a seafood platter, caviar, champagne or a grilled lobster tail. New Year's Eve in THEBlvd: Ring in the New Year on December 31, 2021 at THEBlvd with a tantalising four-course prix fixe menu at USD 365 per adult and USD 180 per child. Reservations begin at 7:00 pm with the last reservation time slot being available at 10:00 pm. For the first course, enjoy the porcini veloute or jumbo scallop carpaccio. For the second course, choose from the olive oil poached Maine lobster or butternut squash tortellacci. The third course features a garlic crusted tenderloin or slow cooked black bass, while dessert rounds out the meal with the choice of a dark chocolate black truffle semifreddo or raspberry delizia. New Year’s Eve at CUT by Wolfgang Puck:  Step back in time to Hollywood’s Golden Age on December 31, 2021 at CUT by Wolfgang Puck’s New Year’s Eve event. Guests will arrive on a red carpet and enter to a completely transformed restaurant complete with balloons, an ice sculpture, step & repeat and black and gold décor. There are two seatings available. The first seating is available for reservations starting at 5:30 to 6:00 pm at USD 195 per adult, USD 75 per child. The second seating is available for reservations starting at 8:30 to 9:00 pm with the festivities ending at 1:00 am.  Priced at USD 485 per adult, the reservation includes party favours, a glass of Veuve Clicquot Vintage 2008 and an ounce of Triple Cask Macallan 15 year, as well as a special countdown experience. The menus begin with amuse-bouche from a gougères to a baked potato froth with caviar and kobe sliders. Then choose a salad or starter – select the cream of sunchoke, tuna tartare, local apple salad, king crab louie salad or the American wagyu carpaccio. For the main course, try the dry-aged 35-day ribeye, gold label Snake River Farm filet, Heritage Berkshire pork chop, dover sole or rotisserie poussin. Complement the entrée with the yukon purée, roasted honeynut squash, crispy brussels sprouts, heirloom polenta or wilted swiss chard. New Year's Day in THEBlvd: Welcome 2022, and the Hotel's 94th birthday, with a decadent brunch on January 1, 2021.
