Ring in the New Year - Chicago Style – at Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Inside Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is Allium Restaurant with its contemporary American menu created by Chef Michael Zachman.  Ring in 2019 with a delectable four-course dinner, choosing from one of two seatings for New Year’s Eve dinner; the first seating (5:30 to 6:45 pm) is USD 75 for adults and USD 60 additional for a Champagne pairing. The second seating (7:30 to 9:30 pm) is USD 125 for adults and also USD 60 for Champagne.

• Zoo Year's Eve: Spend an after-hours evening at the Lincoln Park Zoo, which is decked out in millions of glittering lights. Guests will enjoy ice carving, cash bars serving beer, wine and Champagne, a live DJ, giveaways and more. Tickets start at USD 10.
• Navy Pier - Enjoy entertainment, rides and attractions at the family-friendly Navy Pier, and at midnight, watch a kaleidoscope of fireworks perfectly synchronised to music over Lake Michigan.
• Brew Year's Eve - Instead of Champagne, celebrate the coming New Year with 10 Chicago breweries and 25 different craft beers. Brew Year's Eve, in addition to the selection of beers, features butler-passed hors-d'oeuvres, craft cocktails and wine. Live music plays throughout the venue, the upscale architectural salvage emporium Architectural Artifacts.
• Lake Cruises - As the best view of the fireworks is from the water, book an evening cruise, which includes dining, music, a Champagne toast, and unbeatable views. These special cruises are offered through Entertainment Cruises on their Odyssey, Mystic Blue, and Spirit of Chicago ships.

At Allium on New Year’s Day, Chef Zachman and team present a lavish buffet from 8:00 am to 2:30 pm; price is USD 48 for adults and USD 28 for children. Add bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Marys for USD 22.
