Four Seasons to Conclude Management of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences São Paulo at Nações Unidas

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is concluding management of Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences São Paulo at Nações Unidas. In a mutual agreement with the property owner, HTL SP, Four Seasons will manage the Hotel and Residences until December 22, 2020.

Four Seasons and HTL SP will continue to work collaboratively to ensure a smooth transition. Currently, the Hotel is temporarily closed due to COVID-19 and the impact on travel demand. The property owner will announce the Hotel reopening date in due course.

Brazil remains an important market for Four Seasons, and the brand continues to look for new opportunities to operate in this destination.
