Most would agree that champagne is happiness in a glass.  LAW Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Dallas would agree that happiness is the release of Perrier-Jouët’s non-vintage Blanc de Blancs champagne.  With an exclusive number of bottles released into the US market, LAW is among only a few restaurants in Dallas to serve this non-vintage delight.  To celebrate, patrons are invited to join Paolo Gama, LAW’s chef de cuisine, and Elise Cordell, Perrier-Jouët’s National Champagne Ambassador, for a five-course dinner with pairings designed for the ultimate bubbles connoisseur.
